PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

We will aim to dispatch your order within a few days, however, we are a small organization and all of us have regular jobs within the Healthy Seas team. We will provide you with a shipping estimate shortly after you place your order. If you have not received your item within 3 weeks, please contact us.

SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal.
All our prices are in Euro, including taxes, but not including costs of shipping. Please note that applicable taxes are based on the terms of the Netherlands. If your country is not located in the European Union it is possible that there will be additional costs such as import taxes. Healthy Seas is not responsible for these additional costs. Such additional costs are not shown at the checkout and may vary per destination country.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to cancel an order, you must contact us providing us with details of your order to allow us to identify your purchase.


All items can be returned according to the applicable law of the Netherlands (within 14 days).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.


If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Exchanges

T-Shirts can be exchanged in case you aren't happy with the fit or purchased the wrong size.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All orders are carefully checked before they are shipped, if in any case your item is damaged please contact us.
Healthy Seas is in no way responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
